cSalt purchased a controlling interest in The American Road Machinery Company, or Minerva, Ohio in January 2014.

·2008 - 2012 served as President & CEO of ASC Industries, Inc., leading the Company through an evolution from entrepreneurial ownership into a formal corporate structure.

·25 total years in Global Automotive Aftermarket and OEM industries.

·Presided over revenue growth of over 2.5X, while increasing earnings and EBITDA via operational excellence deployment.

·Pivotal player in ASC’s successful deployment of Global sourcing, manufacturing and sales & distribution strategies.

·Significant experience working for and with Private Equity groups and Entrepreneurs on finding, executing and managing mergers and acquisitions all the way through successful divestiture stage.
