My stronghold is a technical background as a computer specialist, with the capability to lead people to a desired outcome?

With a degree in management & management philosophy I have had the blessing of putting this to the test in various different parts of the world.

WORK

Project managing system integration in Saudi Arabia, responsible for setting up IT Infrastructure in China, managing projects and programming analytics tools in LATAM. All technical to an extend, but also involving didactics, use of pedagogic and cultural differences as a set of tools.

Getting to understand the differences in socio-working culture on location must change a leaders perspective on how the desired outcome of a business objective is achieved. Often this means putting yourselves in a position you had never imagined.

Not to say the least, getting a large organisation across multiple countries, often also involving partners and sub contractors, into having a clear understanding of what is expected and working as one for the customer, is a challenge many PM's are facing every day.

INVESTOR

I'm investing in and helping startup companies, often local, to design and evolve their IT strategy. These companies has to have their focus on their primary business - not their IT.
