I love food. I am passionate about sourcing ingredients and therefore grow and produce as much as I am able for our home and business, Percy's Country Hotel & Restaurant. The 130- acre Coombeshead Estate is home to Large Black pigs, sheep and horses and comprises a woodland plantation of 60,000 trees which were planted with a 'Food From the Forest' theme. Animal welfare is paramount, all our animals are healthy and happy and lead very contented lives.
