Thomas Caldwell

Tom is currently the co-founder and CEO of EcoSec Works, a cybersecurity AI-Analytics SaaS company focused on protecting renewable energy ecosystems such as EV Charging infrastructure. A veteran of Cisco and Microsoft, he has deep expertise in delivering AI, cybersecurity analytics, Cloud-based software products, and large-scale software systems to large enterprises and service providers. Tom served as Director of Engineering for over 11 years at Cisco Systems and came in through an acquisition. Later, he became co-founder of CyberFlow Analytics, an AI network behavioral analytics cybersecurity startup. Webroot acquired CyberFlow in 2016. Previously, as CTO of Techniche, Tom led the research and development effort, including Statseeker and Urgent lines of business, to deliver innovation for AIOps (Machine Learning) Asset Management and IoT Monitoring technology. With an MS in Computer Science, he has more than 25 years of experience in the tech business and software engineering.
