Twenty-five years of community and pastoral leadership and social entrepreneurship both locally and internationally in multi-faith and cross-cultural environments. A proven track record in initiating, creating and implementing community programs involving staff and volunteer development, donor acquisition, and hands-on executive level leadership. A driven problem solver with the ability to bring a compelling message combining high standards of excellence with honesty and integrity to effect positive change. Successful communicator, motivator and gifted public speaker with ability to recruit and organize diverse people to build collaborative relationships while achieving social, religious, business, educational and community service goals.

Planned, initiated, and executed annual Walking to Destiny "Juneteenth" Festivals. Our sixth annual event in 2014 fed 1300 people and gave away 1000 new pairs of Nike shoes to children in need. Together with eight community service organizations and several volunteer groups we celebrated a colorful expression of love, art, education and collaborative service.

Planned and initiated Food Source DFW. FSDFW streamlines the supply chain management logistics of food donation, making it simpler for the donor to give. We are engaged in the planning, management, sourcing, procurement, transport, and logistical activities of the donation process. Businesses want to donate food and other items, but often end up dumping it because of the hassles of giving it away. Food pantries often say “no” to food because they lack both time and resources to seek new sources and/or the means to pick it up. Food Source DFW simply locates food and other supplies, facilitates transportation, and distributes food and donated items to our network of partner agencies and pantries. We say “Yes” to donated goods, while saving time, reducing waste, and ultimately getting more food to families in need.

In 2014 we increased our volume by over 1000%, moving over 450,000 pounds of food, estimated at over $500,000. In addition, we expanded our product base moving over $425,000 in personal care, body and bath items. The combination of food and personal care items provides a much needed combination to not only feed the hungry, but empower their self-esteem.
