Ted is currently the CEO of Guide-a-Guest, a leader in hospitality media. Ted Chan was formerly Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer of the Better Business Bureau. In addition, he operates his entrepreneurial ventures Coffee Roast and Practice Quiz.

Ted has a BA in Psychology and History with High Honors from Swarthmore College and a MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he was part of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation program.
