After 7 years of progressive experiences in the field of eGovernment Project Management and Enterprise Architecture, Tshewang is finding solutions to the complex issues on the ground. This shifted his priority to digital transformation - drafting national ICT policies and strategies to improve public services. His work in the government sector also revolves around doing a job of an ICT Business Analyst a lot.

He believes "serving the diversity and leaving no one behind" as one of the core principles of a balanced national development which technology can address.

Tshewang enjoys working with numerous stakeholders from multiple social and cultural backgrounds.

As a part time job, he also design websites, develop systems and mobile apps, and work on brand identity designs.

He is also a retired football player (but still a team player), and enjoys going on a frequent ride with his beautiful family.
