I'm passionate about working with people to solve problems that are holding people or organisations back.

Currently I'm working as a CRM Consultant for Suru Partners, partnering with nonprofits to give them the right digital tools to change the world.

I've also worked as a Product Owner, an Operations Manager, and a Support Analyst and Lead, which have given me a broad range of experience across the IT industry and beyond.

Professional career

2017-2023: Support Analyst and Consultant at Capgemini Engineering (formerly Tessella)

Over my six years working at Capgemini Engineering I provided consultancy and tech support for a number of multinational corporations.

My consultancy experience includes: architectural investigation, user process optimisation, application migration, and service improvement decisions.

My tech support experience includes: co-leading a level 2/3 support team for applications used globally by thousands of scientists, code debugging, database manipulation, documentation, and more.

Alongside these I mentored new starters across multiple geographies and ran the company's local Social Committee for three and a half years.

Personal interests

Outside of work I am very passionate about community, and building a world where everyone has a place to belong.

I also enjoy solving logic puzzles (my current craze is Sudoku variants), playing boardgames, volunteering with my church, singing, DIY, and staying up to date with the latest technologies and breakthroughs.
