Hi, I'm Tamara and I currently reside in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland, home to some of the most spectacular, rugged and beautiful landscapes in Canada.

Currently in the process of a major career transition, I've decided to step out of my comfort zone and find a way to use the talents and skills I was blessed with to create more harmony, peace and joy amoungst my fellow humans.

When I'm not writing, doing research or working on the launch of my new personal and professional coaching career, I'm either at the gym, hiking the East Coast Trail or spending time with my family and friends.
