Tommy Tinker Douglas

Yes, Tinker really is my middle name. I inherited it from my dad Tinker Douglas who did not have a middle name.

Tommy Tinker is the pseudonym I chose to write my new blog I call The Tinker Files because I thought would make a unique dot com name.

I still write my health blog as Tommy Douglas however do not confuse me with “The Greatest Canadian” also called Tommy Douglas. That Tommy Douglas was the Premier of Saskatchewan Canada who led health care reform and was the grandfather of actor Kiefer Sutherland.

I have never even met Kiefer Sutherland and have trouble with my own health care reform let alone an entire country’s.

Also, though I hear it is nice, have never been to Canada.

I live in Hot Springs, Arkansas with my wife Gloria, two dogs and a cat.
