Hello. I am Dr. Martina Van Norden, and I am confident you have landed here--on purpose. While there is much I could tell you about me, I hope that you will navigate from here knowing that purpose has connected us.

I am a thought leader and change agent committed to seeing the full potential and purpose of people manifest. As the Founder/CEO of All Things Edunia LLC, I am most proud of my work in Black male education.

For more than 2 decades my work focused on campus-based capacity building, offering teacher professional development, leadership coaching, and curriculum development in charter school districts in Texas, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

In 2020, my focus and passion moved from inside to outside the school building. The educational focus is on the civic and community engagement that impacts school performance and quality. My legacy is centered on shaping the landscape of education for generations to come.
