DEPOP SHOP INFORMATION & RULES

Hello! My name is Téa and this is my depop shop <3 I am located in Columbus, OH. Everything listed in my shop is either gently worn, found and thrifted, or brand new. Pricing is determined by the quality and worth of an item and I try to keep everything as affordable as possible! Everything is cleaned and washed before it is sent and will be neatly packaged when it is shipped. If you have any questions, feel free to message me :)

SHIPPING

All orders ship within 1-5 days via USPS First Class Mail. Items will be packaged and sent to the post office within 1-3 days of the item being purchased. The shipping price is determined by the size of the item(s).

Small (0.5lbs) - $3.50

Medium (1.0lbs) - $5.00

Large (10lbs) - $9.00

Extra Large (20lbs) - $15.00

I cannot change these prices, as they are determined by USPS. I do not ship internationally.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I am not opposed to accepting returns and refunds, however I would appreciate if a return/refund is only asked for in the event of receiving a damaged or broken item (please do not return just because you do not like the item). With that being said, if you are hesitant about buying the item, I am definitely able to send you more info about the item, ask questions, and send more photos through private message before you make a purchase. In the event of a return and refund, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee.

SWAPS

I am open to doing swaps for items that are equal/similar value, however I am currently trying to minimalize the amount of things that I own so I may not do swaps very often.

HOLDS

Yes, I do accept holds for up to 3 days. just message me and tell me which item.

BUNDLES

Yes, I do bundles for up to 3-5 items ($10 shipping fee).
