I'd always seen myself as someone who is always moving around. I probably relocated around Georgia about ten times by the time I was in my last year of middle school because of my broken family. However, I'd like to say that I'm pretty cheerful person! To keep my spirits up, I like to keep myself busy. I volunteer at the hopital during the summers, volunteer at two pet shelters during the weekends, and occasionally help out teachers at the Sheltering Arms daycare. In addition to being a volunteer, I'd like to identify myself as an artist. I enjoy 3D art, crafts, and especially painting.

However, I chose this photo because besides volunteering and art, science research is passion of mine that was the most unexpected.

Caption: I knew from the moment I recieved the cylindrical containers from my chemistry teacher that I was completely insane. I stared intently at the plump, squirming fruit fly maggots pressed against the sides of their prisons. Nauseous, I tucked the maggots away for several days until the matured flies were ready for experimentation. Weeks before the delivery of my wriggling buddies, my school's department of science prepared students to do a mandatory science fair project. I immediately felt their discontent towards the assignment; wanting to conceal my excitement, I inconspicuously hid my eager grin by wrinkling my nose. From that moment on, I became an artist living a secret life of a biology nerd.
