My passion for people and real estate changes lives through problem solving, coaching and counseling their way through the real estate experience as the Broker/Owner of Gosselin Realty Group, located in beautiful York Harbor Maine. Today most of the people that are important in my life have been involved one way or another through or around real estate. This profession has given my the opportunity to give back to my family, friends and community and for that I am truly blessed. Habitat for Humanity York County and Fair Tide are organizations that I focus most of my energy on as they both support families directly in our communities.

I have been a real estate broker since 1998 and have owned RE/MAX Realty One in York and Ogunquit and RE/MAX Seacoast Region in Kennebunk.

I was selected as the 2015 REALTOR of The Year for the State of Maine and the 2015 REALTOR of The Year for York County County Council,

I served as the President of the Maine Association of REALTORS in 2017. My experience was amazing having had the opportunity to travel and meet REALTORS all across Maine and the US. During my year we were faced with challenges from Tax Reform at a national level and at the state level we defeated an ordinance in Portland that would have mandated excessive Rental Restrictions on landlords. We also defeated a mandatory septic inspections ordinance at the state level.

We are located 1 hour north of Boston Ma. bordering NH. providing client level services for residential/commercial & investment buyers and sellers. We focus our business around coastal properties serving the luxury home and investment/second home clientele.

My prior career includes a 22 yr career with UPS Management with a back ground in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Special Projects ,and had the fortunate opportunity to be at the forefront of the European/Asian expansion of UPS to include consolidation in coordination with Mergers and Acquisitions of international freight forward companies IML and Atlas Air, developing the UK network and worked with our first airport import/export operation at Southend By the Sea during from 1998-1991.
