The proposal by Lanterra 501 Yonge condos Developments Ltd. is to redevelop the existing retail and commercial building and parking lot within the block and construct a mixed use development with two 58-storey towers containing 480 units each for a total of 960 residential units. The south tower lobby has access at Alexander Street at the south east corner of the site.
