Research, purchase and maintain assistive technologies for students with disabilities, providing individualized support and training as needed; assist students with resolving website and application access conflicts specific to online courses and identify the most effective way to solve technological issues. Prepare and provide appropriate assistive hardware and software support for exams.
Develop accessible formats to ensure equitable access of course materials for students, such as; Braille, large print, audio recordings, closed captioning and/or transcription of academic content.
Consult with University Communications and Marketing to ensure basic accessibility compliance of University web site.
