Cyn Armistead

Hey there, I’m Cyn. I’m a Senior Technical Support Advisor for Apple, and I'm interested in working remotely for a solid startup. I have amazing customer service skills, approaching everyone with love and empathy. Technically, I can support anything from SaaS products to macOS, Windows, and mobile devices/applications (iOS or Android). I can also help test and document all of the above. I know HTML and CSS, and have recently been studying JavaScript and Python. I've worked remotely for the last four years as well as on and off throughout my career.

I enjoy technology, reading, and singing. I also knit and play tabletop roleplaying games. I volunteer on a regular basis for a group that teaches seniors to use technology to stay in touch as well as a local animal shelter. Finally, I'm a devoted Mom and Mémé.
