What is TechShaman1972?

TechShaman1972 isa visual & audio arts projects, music & moving picture art for film & TV mostly, using a wide variety of electronic & acoustic sounds, ranging from hip hop, rock, folk, blues, jazz, soul, country, metal, and pop. It comes from a love of scifi, dystopia, cyberpunk, retro 80s & 90s pop culture, horror, & small-scale tribal & nomadic culture, & futuristic designs & ideas.

Process:

Most of this music has been created using an iPhone, an Akai MPKII Mini keyboard/MIDI Controller, various acoustic & electric guitars & basses, drums, percussion instruments, “found sounds” (like machines & tools & other objects), vocals, free use audio clips & samples, some not-so-authorized samples, & software applications, including Blocs Wave, Launchpad, Groovebox, & Audioshare.
