I am a solutions driven individual with natural problem solving tendencies. As a self motivated learner, I am always seeking new opportunities to learn from those around me. I succeed in collaborative environments where I will be challenged but enabled to effectively communicate my ideas to others. I am proactive, meticulous, dedicated and committed to every task I do: I take initiative, pay close attention to detail, pick up new concepts quickly and learn from my mistakes before moving on.

A forward thinking environment that is open to new ideas and constantly evolving is of utmost importance to me as it enables us to evolve and stay relevant in a world that is continuously changing. This means that even when things are working well, we are still striving to do better.

My ideal work environment is somewhere that I will be able to continually grow and celebrate collective success along the way. Somewhere that I can push myself in order to maximize potential and discover things that we didn't realize were possible.

Personally, I care deeply about people. I want everyone to understand their importance and feel value. From my experience in customer service, I have learned that the customer always comes first because without customers there is no job. I stay up to date with current events locally, nationally and internationally to stay relevant and maintain perspective that everything is part of a bigger picture.

I understand the growing significance of globalization and believe it is a key factor in the success of business, government and education. Worldwide connections are an asset in order to keep up with globalization. What I have learned from experiences abroad is that travel of any kind is a form of constant education and a source of wealth; from being surrounded by an abundance of new people, language, history and culture. When visiting new places I am very adaptable and enjoy meeting new people and learning new perspectives. From my experiences I have built many connections, been humbled and become open-minded, adaptable and rich in terms of experience.
