I am an Entrepreneur, Community Leader, and Foodpreneur with extensive experience in Manufacturing & Service industry currently living in Lahore, Pakistan.

I'm the co-Founder of my company "INSTA Foods" that I absolutely love and I have tremendous passion anddrive to do what I'm doing.

INSTA Foods was founded in 2011 as a Pioneer of Dehydrated Food ProductsManufacturer and grew into Pakistan's First 100% Natural Food Brand of Vegetable-Fruits-Herb Powders,Green Spices and Wellness Products.

The best thing about running my company is being able to freely innovate and take charge of the direction and strategy of my ideas to develop new Products that are Natural ,Healthy and also convenient to use.

I recently being awarded as the "Foodpreneur of the Year "by "Khadijah Awards 2019 " .

I was also selected for a short course "Women Trading Globally" by DFTAT and Export Council of Australia.

The most rewarding part of my career is being the Pakistan Lead for #ConnectedWomen where I am sharing my expertise, knowledge with many other passionate women entrepreneurs and professionals.
