Hi, I'm Teja. I'm a data scientist who teaches machines to catch fraudsters and, just as importantly, to admit when they aren't sure. By day I work in fraud and risk analytics at U.S. Bank, building AI agents and LLM-powered tools that turn messy financial data into answers people can actually act on. I earned my M.S. in Data Science in Bloomington, and I've been happily hooked on this stuff ever since.
When I'm off the clock, I'm usually still building. My current side project is Ledger, an open-source AI "data analyst" that profiles a dataset, runs its own models, and answers the big questions without pretending to know more than it does.
