Hi there!

I'm 19, and currently in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Food is my passion and unlike most, I prefer cooking to eating!

Cooking has been a huge part of my life. I have been interested in cooking from my early childhood, when I used to imitate the chefs I saw on TV. Growing up, I often used to help (and at times, hinder) my mother and grandmother in the kitchen, handing them this and that. I started cooking at around 11 years of age, when my mother taught me how to make a chocolate cake. And I have never looked back. I decided on cooking as a career when I was 14, when I first saw Masterchef Australia on TV.

Right now, I'm an amateur home cook, setting up a few pop up restaurants from time to time, and I prefer conducting my own culinary experiments to following a fixed recipe. I'm addicted to the food and travel shows on TV, and that's where I draw most of my inspiration from. And while it's too early for me to have my own "cooking philosophy" , the one I've followed so far is if it sounds good, do it!
