Fleet-footed writer and artist, Ava grew up on the
far side of the Catskill Mountains and hasn’t stopped
wandering the globe since.

She studied Writing and Design at Bard College and got her MFA in Illustration at FIT in New York City.

Most recently, Ava’s love for words and images has found
its home in Brooklyn, where every day is a study in curious creatures.
