Mr. Jeffries spent 19 years at Kohl’s Corporation (9 years as the Executive Vice President). He joined the company and contributed to their growth from less than $1 billion in annual revenue to over $18 billion. He also has served as the EVP, Global Chief Human Resources Officer, and International Operations for RadioShack Corporation. In this role, he was the Chief Executive of RadioShack de Mexico, a subsidiary and leading Human Resources in the North America and Asia.
