TAMEKA HOPE is a motivational speaker, author and the CEO of Faithful Printing and Apparel.She has a passion of helping others turn their dreams into accomplished goals.

Having nearly lost everything in Tuscaloosa’s 2011 EF4 tornado, she has a heart to bless the homeless and the abused, giving them the support and encouragement to rebuild on a foundation of self-love and purpose.

Devoted to the word of God, Tameka’s mission is to lead the lost to Christ and help the determined find their destiny to reach for the stars. “I want to birth a worldwide movement for strong, powerful sisters who love God and don’t mind speaking to and uplifting the next sister or brother.”

In addition to ministering God’s word and designing clothes, Tameka also enjoys traveling the world and dreams of one day becoming a playwright and screenwriter. Until then, she comfortably resides in her hometown of Tuscaloosa, Alabama with her husband, Anthony, two daughters, Ta’Mya and Zahria, and son, Anthony Jr.

ABOUT THE BOOK

Having just given birth to her third child under the stressof unemployment and past due bills, Tameka Hope strongly believed that lifecouldn’t get any worse. She was soon proved otherwise when an EF-4 tornadotouched down and demolished her Tuscaloosa neighborhood in less than tenminutes, leaving nothing but the foundation of her home.

The death of more than 50 people served as a reminder thather alcohol abuse, physical disability, clinical depression and thoughts ofsuicide were only temporary roadblocks to her path of victory. Because therewas still breath in her body, there was still hope of turning her story around.
