Temidayo Akinyelure
Architectural Designer and Project Manager in Toronto, Ontario
Temidayo is an advocate for sustainability, quality education, and ethical design as a tool to solve environmental problems. He has a background in Architecture with a Masters in Environmental Design. He is currently one of the sixty recipients of the Nigerian University of Technology (NUTM) scholars program, designed to raise leaders in various sectors of Africa.
In 2019, he won Chronos Studeos' Creative Architect Competition, which featured design proposals from architecture students across Nigeria. His entry for the competition was a proposal for an indigenous hotel resort, which earned him a trip to Dubai for an expo. He was also a member of the team that won the Lufthansa Impact Week design thinking competition in 2017 for an integrated payment solution for public transportation in Lagos.
