I am studying International leisure and tourism management. I study the master course because I think the course can help to improve my thinking level and my competences in order to work in tourism field. However, in order to achieve my goal, I have to graduate from Stenden successfully and smoothly. Therefore, as a student the most important thing for me is that I should fully concentrate on my study and graduate on time.

Why: I aware that it will cost me a lot of time and money to resit my thesis. As, i don't have any income and any finance support from anyone.

Development goal (SMART!) Measurable result

1. Pass any the assessments in every module assessment results

2. confirm my dissertation topic in module one feedbacks from teachers

Action plan: What activities will I undertake in order to achieve my development goals?

Activity Ready by

1. Attend all classes and well prepared before going before every seminar

2. Read the materials till I understand it before every seminar

3. Review all learned theoretical knowledges before the test before week 8

4. Talk to the module coordinator if I have problems

Activity Ready by

1.talk and discuss with different lectures before week 8

2. Ask feedback from Tutor once have the topic before week 8

3. Ask feedback from peer before week 8

What is needed:

1. A good attitude toward my study and make myself love and enjoy it.

2. I need supports from my classmates, teachers and my families. A person can complete a big mission without supports from others no matter in my career or my personal life

3. Time management is very important, so a proper working schedule is needed
