I am Associate Partner at Strategyzer. I hold a PhD in Psychology and an MBA. I am the author of two books: The Corporate Startup and The Lean Product Lifecycle. The Corporate Startup won the award for the Best Book in Innovation and Entrepreneurship 2018 from the Chartered Management Institute.

I have worked as a keynote speaker, trainer and consultant for several companies including ABN AMRO, American Express, Airbus, Air France, Pearson Rabobank and Standard Bank. I am also a Contributor at Forbes Magazine.

I have been shortlisted for the Innovation Award by Thinkers50, and was listed as one of the top emerging management thinkers to watch on Thinkers50's 2018 Radar List.

I co-designed and helped implement Pearson's Product Lifecycle which is an innovation framework that won Best Innovation Program 2015 at the Corporate Entrepreneur Awards in New York.

In my previous life, I spent 12 years as an academic at the University of Kent (UK), where I am now Honorary Senior Lecturer in Organizational Psychology. I have also been a Research Fellow at Stanford University and Research Assistant at Harvard University.
