Tenderi Raphael

Tenderi Raphael is a Ugandan lawyer, legal and academic researcher, public speaker and policy analyst. He is a climate and human rights change advocate. He has previously worked with Kiiza and Mugisha Advocates and he currently serves as a University Tribunal Administrator. He is a Co-founder and Partner at R & S Legal Consultants and a Founder of Lex Mind Uganda; a research company committed to providing high quality legal and policy research.
