Coming from a very diverse area and cultural background in Los Angeles, talent resides in nearly every person that brushes your shoulder. At a very young age, I participate in many extracurricular activities and fields, until I discovered my talent. Perpetually finding it difficult to express myself socially, I developed a skill in dancing at an early age. Dancing allows me to express myself, and my feelings and emotions through movement and grace. Dance has taught me disciplineby forcing me to mentally challenge myself to learn and master six different dance arts as in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, african, and hip-hop. Dance drives me to become increasingly interactive and productive, and expand my knowledge on what the art of dance and rhythm mean to other cultures. I wish to pursue a career following my passion, but first by getting an education.

I currently attend the University of California Merced, and I am rigorously studying to get my B.S in Management in 2014. I majored in Management to develop insight and skills on how to manage and innovate a successful and thriving business. My dream is to own a dance company. By partaking in courses to help me better expand my marketing, leaderhsip, accounting and finance skills, my next goal is to become like my role model Debbie Allen, a multi-decade successful and talented dancer and teacher who pursued her dream of opening a business to teach dance.
