also, this is how my percentage works:

80%-100% = pretty damn elated

60%-70% = hanging in there

30%-40% = things are not going well and might be slightly triggering

5%-10% = suicidal or triggering content available

0% = well, obvious isn't it?

that's pretty much all there is to it.
