Teralyn was born in Chicago, raised in South Carolina, lived in Montana, and now is finding a new home in Charleston, SC. She holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Montana, and has had the opportunity to work with Missoula Children's Theatre, Montana Repertory Theatre, Blue Man Group, and Florida Studio Theatre. She continues to fill her resume with a variety of characters--hilarious and tragic. When not in a theatre, Teralyn hangs out in a myriad of locations writing, teaching, and developing theatre programs for children--the most recent being in Daegu, Korea, where she developed and implemented a theatre intensive for students learning English. On the days she feels she is failing at life, she remembers that her passion for life and art is always finding its way into everything she does (even in those relentless customer service jobs), and she calls her mother, who believes Teralyn to be the funniest person she knows--and she knows five whole people.
