Teresa Byford
Mother in Texas
Howdy, I’m Teresa. I’m a wife, mother of 3 amazing young adults, and a grandmother to two precious grandbabies. I enjoy listening to music, watching movies, and sitting on the patio, taking in the great outdoors.
I am currently the Field Operations Support Specialist at Texas Farm Bureau. Texas Farm Bureau. In this role, I serve as an assistant to the department director. I wear many hats, including, but not limited to, project manager, team leader, and providing support to 19 remote field staff working across the state.
Whether it's preserving the state's agricultural sales tax exemption, protecting property rights, or pursuing eminent domain reform, the Texas Farm Bureau (TFB) advocates in Austin and Washington, D.C., for its members as the Voice of Texas Agriculture. TFB advocates for Texas farmers and ranchers, and we travel across the state to educate families and children about all aspects of agriculture. This includes where their food comes from and about different careers in the field of agriculture.
TFB is a non-profit member-based organization with over 60 exclusive member benefits. Member Benefits
I love my career and the people I work with daily, and the over 500,000-member families across the state of Texas.
