My experience as a consultant crosses continents and includes work in the USA, Latin America and in difficult and culturally divergent countries like: Yemen, Iraq, Ethiopia and Tajikistan. I have helped seriously disadvantaged companies rewrite their maps to success.
My coaching and training style easily adapts to the needs of the organization and may result in group training sessions, 1-1 meetings, workshops, seminars or exchanges via phone, skype or conferencing technology. Communications systems will be ironed out in the first 30 minute free coaching session provided to clients.
Training and coaching without measureable results is a waste of both your time and money. My objective is to drive results for the team/company through needs assessments, data gathering, research, communication and observation. All this happens before we begin developing growth strategies. These steps take time but do not have to be costly.
