Teresa Kennedy

Teresa Kennedy is the CEO of The Kennedy Team at Keller Williams Reatly The Woodlands. Her real estate journey with Keller Williams Realty began in 2007. Before taking the step to form what has become one of the top producing teams in the area, she first practiced as an independent agent. Looking to further her real estate career and gain more knowledge of the industry, Teresa spent some time as the General Manager and later as a Listing Specialist for top producing real estate teams in The Woodlands. These opportunities enabled her to grow her sales skills and how to grow her business, increase productivity, increase sales, and take over the market share significantly. She enjoys the challenges, responsibility, and goal setting involved in real estate and applying her abilities to real-world situations. She also has proven ability with her people skills, which she is called upon to use on a regular basis.

Before entering into real estate, Terea Kennedy worked in the entertainment industry modeling and acting where she honed the impeccable power of marketing and negotiation. As seen in “Texas Monthly” and recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Agent in 2011, she is committed to providing unparalleled service to the customer. Growing up in The Woodlands and Conroe area has created a deep love and appreciation for the state of Texas, and Teresa's familiarity with the area has been invaluable to her career in real estate.
