Teresa Bailey-Weirich earned a bachelor of science in industrial technology from the University of Houston in Texas and completed postgraduate studies at Houston’s University of St. Thomas. She also did extensive coursework at the Building Owners and Managers Institute, ultimately earning certification as a real property administrator and a financial management advisor. Over the course of her career, Teresa Bailey-Weirich managed institutional real estate portfolios as a senior property and facilities manager with the PM Realty Group and spearheaded the strategic planning and establishment of more than 120 branch locations of Wachovia Bank as the vice president of market planning and business leadership. She has also consulted with many Fortune 100 and 500 companies regarding the management of real estate portfolios with multi-property and mixed-use assets.
Outside of the professional environment, Teresa Bailey-Weirich enjoys attending rodeos and live musical performances. She is also an avid fitness buff and outdoors enthusiast with a great love of hiking, horseback riding, ranching, hunting, and fishing.
