Teresa Beckta

....An experienced human resources professional with advanced knowledge in federal regulations, alternative dispute resolution and employee investigations. Her ability to build relationships among all levels of employees and formal teams as well as co-workers is well known among the companies she has worked with.

Volunteer activities include fundraising for American Cancer Society; Vice President of Programs and President of the local SHRM chapter, HRMA of Southwest Florida. She donates time to facilitating workshops for Dress for Success’s Going Places Network on topics such as interviewing, writing a resume and cover letter, change management and career transitions.

A passionate supporter of education she has spent many years working in academia from high schools to post-secondary institutions. Teresa has won awards for innovative development of college programs designed for private businesses as well as community agencies that deliver content to undereducated and underemployed students. She is frequently asked to guest speak at the local career college and enjoys sharing her knowledge on all matters related to human resources.
