My career began as an analytical chemist leading a pharmaceutical laboratory, developing new products, managing technical projects and portfolios, leading people and teams, developing strategic plans and business processes, creating systems for people development and performance management, mentoring leaders and scientists and internal coaching.
Putting all my experience together and following my passion for helping people to grow, I added a certification as a solution-focused coach and hold a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation.
