I am a corporate trainer. In my spare time I indulge! In 2014 I launched my first book, Tastes & Traditions about my South Indian culture. My aim is to demystify Indian cooking, to share and learn with those who have an appetite for culture, culinary history, story telling and food tasting! My food tours draw on my cultural background, family cooking traditions, my appreciation of the tradition of Ayurveda, and my passion for food, spice and all that’s nice!
