Teresa Hilton

In 2004, Teresa Hilton left her job as a Communications Specialist and Media Spokesperson under the Massachusetts State Governor's Office behind. The reason? Not a career change. Rather, Teresa Hilton wanted to be with her parents in Vero Beach, Florida, while her father was ill. Today, she is the primary caregiver for both of her parents. She has also built a career for herself in healthcare marketing and public relations, serving many of the elderly community members of Vero Beach.
