I am an interior designer and professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers. I am happiest when I am solving design problems for clients and they have that "oh, wow" response. Interior design is something that I have always wanted to do. It wasn't until my youngest started school that I went back to school. After completing a BFA in Interior Design while having 2 children in school, being P.T.F. volunteer, room parent, and cub scout leader, I figured out that I could do and accomplish anything I wanted. So, I took the next step as an interior design and tackled the NCIDQ exam. I studied so hard for months! Now I can say, "check that off the list, now what's next"!
