Teressa Conley
Teressa Conley has enjoyed an outstanding career in health care spanning two decades. Currently, Conley serves as the chief operations officer for Dignity Health in Henderson, Nevada. Since joining the hospital in 2005, she has played a key role in formulating, guiding, and implementing the hospital's strategic plans. She has been instrumental in launching a variety of new services. Conley also developed and implemented a number of new processes that have increased operational efficiency and produced savings in a number of areas.
Since launching her career, Teressa Conley has been a highly active member of her professional community. She has participated in numerous organizations, including the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, the Breast Cancer Early Detection Program, the Inland Empire Nurse Executive Council, the Hospital Association of Southern California's Nursing Council, the Association of California Nurse Leaders, and the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.
Teressa Conley has published several articles, including on the values of health care leadership and autonomy in critical care nurses. Her outstanding record of service has been recognized by the Dakota County Human Services Advisor Board.
Conley earned her bachelor of science in sociology from Montana State University, where she graduated with honors. She went on to earn a bachelor of arts in nursing from Gustavus Adolphus College, in St. Peter, Minnesota, where she once again graduated with honors. Conley then completed her master of science in business administration at the University of La Verne. This was followed with an another master's degree, in critical care nursing, from California State University. Conley then received her doctorate in public administration from the University of La Verne.
In her spare time, Teressa Conley enjoys playing golf, running, and biking.
