Teri Grier has more than 20 years in policy and issue advocacy experience, with a unique professional experience recruiting, training, and coaching Next Gen Leaders and their managers to develop highly motivated individuals who recognize how to maximize their potential in team environments.
Teri Grier has been active in policy, campaign management, lobbying, and grassroots advocacy since 1992 when she began serving as part of the majority research staff in the Arizona House of Representatives. Her background includes time in state government with the Administration, Legislature and university system, lobbying for both public sector and a trade association, Congress, and the private sector.
Ms. Grier has a Masters in Public Administration and a Certificate in Management from Northern Arizona University and a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
