Joshi

Joshua Williams, an autistic artist, deals within his work, a variety of mediums, from the making of abstract light drawings to working on photography, all of which he believes are a crucial aspect of his practice. Solely as a physical body known as Joshua, responding to the phenomenon of art through the embodying and disassociation of entities / personas, as to feel to be truly amazed by perception of the world around – which begin, due to wonder, could the same be done, which to host foundations as an artist; it’s out there waiting. Deeply woven poetry and stitched together with imagery by manufacturing of visions by the fourth eye; in these two flexible forms can we trigger lower, unseen levels of feelings and gut reactions that no matter how grave, exciting or apathetic, will invoke fascination, questioning and wondering for reason.
