Terrance Kirkwood is a User Experience professional based in Seattle, WA. He specializes in mobile and web UX and has extensive experience with IT Professionals in small, medium and enterprise organizations.

During the day, Terrance is a Senior User Experience Design Researcher at Microsoft. For over 12 years, he has worked on variety of Microsoft Mobile, Cloud & Server products. Currently, Terrance provides UX design and researcher expertise for Microsoft's Intune Mobile Device and Web Apps. Previously, he's led UX design and research teams for many of Microsoft's Server products including Windows Multipoint Server, Windows Home Server, Windows Small Business Server and Windows High Performance Computing Server.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Terrance designed UX and built software and web solutions for some of the most influential consulting firms and software companies in the world like HSBC, Scient, iXL, SPSS, Cambridge Technology Partners, Trase Miller Solutions, and Rockwell Telecommunications.

Terrance holds M.Sc. in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Terrance also holds Professional Certificates in Interactive Marketing and Engineering Leadership.
