Brown Toy Box is a children’s educational products company that creates products, experiences, and content that addresses representation in the children’s products market. Brown Toy Box is determined to fill the representation gap in the $27 billion toy and game industry for parents seeking fun and educational products that center around Black children.

In fall 2020, Brown Toy Box launched its first toy line, Dadisi Academy™. Dadisi, which means “curious” in Swahili, speaks to the goal of the product - cultivating curiosity among children in STEAM and expanding Black children’s ideas of what they can accomplish through relatable characters. Dadisi Academy toys will be available in the Brown Toy Box marketplace, online and with other retailers.
