Terri Johnson
Greetings,
I am a senior accounting major at Clark Atlanta University (CAU) and everyday I strive to meet a writer named John Maxwell's definition of a leader as someone "who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way." I would describe myself as an initiator as well as an executor. I am not afraid to start new projects and I will make sure they are completed thoroughly. I have excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. In a group setting, I am a team player with a positive attitude and I can also demonstrate leadership ability.
Some of my extracurricular activities at CAU include being a member of the Honors Program and serving as Miss Honors Program 2009-2010. During my reign as Miss Honors Program, I initiated several community service projects. My favorite project was mentoring and tutoring third graders at Peyton Forest Elementary School. I am also a member of Toastmasters as well as the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA).
