My name is Kathy Simonetta, I am a sophomore attending the University of California, Riverside, pursuing a Fine Art and Philosophy double major. I am currently involved in the research of feminist art theory, and the objectification of women in modern artistic society, with the help of UC Riverside. This is my 6th year running my own website www.terriblyartistic.com, and managing my own art business, Terribly Artistic.

As an artist by nature, there are few things I love more than a good book, a free day to create, and first and foremost - my family and friends.

I'm one of those people who believe in the power of dreams, and I will stop at nothing to make a difference in the world. I want to do that by creating something - be it a piece of art, a legacy at a company, or through the relationships I cultivate - that will be eternal. That to me is the greatest accomplishment I will ever be capable of.

I am interested in the AOL- Events internship, specifically. If given the opportunity, I would be a dedicated intern in my own unique way. I'm very artistically oriented, and no matter what I do, I feel that my creative side will always be my best asset - one that I'd like to share with AOL. In addition, my greatest joy is working with people to make a difference. I highly believe that if chosen for the AOL- Events internship, I can do just that.
