Terrie Campbell

Terrie is currently the Vice President, Strategic Marketing for Ricoh Americas Corporation headquartered in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Her career has been centered on the document and information technology industry with focus on designing solutions that enable customers to have more effective and secure use of critical business information. In her current role she is focused to solutions that address post-recession challenges of today's working environment. These challenges include; generational workforce behavior, mobile and remote user collaboration, secure data access and shifting corporate dynamics. Solutions are developed through the combined use of services, process and technology for the enterprise, department and user level. Change Management is a core component to these solutions recognizing that no strategy is viable unless it is user-driven.
