I've always empathized with many points of view. Some might call this quality in a person wishy-washy. Me? I say it makes for a great problem solver.

We know people are resourceful and great at adapting. Often the best problems to solve are ones people don't know they have. No matter what you're designing you have to start with people. You have to understand the world they live in to make a meaningful difference.
